  • What are the differences between the Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans?
    The Starter plan includes 1 model upload (up to 50MB) and includes a CBUILT7 watermark. The Pro plan unlocks unlimited models (up to 150MB each) with no watermarks. The Enterprise plan provides full access to our high-fidelity pixel streaming technology.
  • What 3D file formats do you support?
    We currently support GLB, GLTF, FBX, and OBJ files. For the best web performance on Starter and Pro tiers, we recommend highly optimized GLB files.
  • How do I share my models with clients?
    Once your model is uploaded, click the 'Copy Guest Link' button on the project card. This generates a read-only link your clients can view in their browser without needing an account.
  • What is Pixel Streaming?
    Pixel streaming (available on Enterprise) renders your massive, high-poly architectural models on our cloud GPUs and streams the interactive video feed to your client's browser. This allows them to experience photorealistic quality without needing a powerful gaming computer.
  • How do I upgrade or manage my billing?
    You can manage your subscription, update your credit card, and view your automatic receipts securely via Stripe by clicking 'Manage Billing' on your dashboard.
