1. The Service

CBUILT7 provides software-as-a-service tools for hosting, managing, and sharing three-dimensional architectural and related models (including associated metadata and presentation features). Features, limits, and availability may change; we will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes that affect paid plans.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date.

3. User-generated content

Ownership. You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the 3D models, files, images, text, and other materials you upload or submit through the Service ("Your Content"). Nothing in these Terms assigns ownership of Your Content to us.

Licence to us. To operate the Service, you grant CBUILT7 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, and otherwise process Your Content solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service as you instruct (for example, rendering, sharing guest links, and backups as part of our infrastructure). You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this licence.

Responsibility. You are solely responsible for your use of Your Content and for ensuring it does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law. We may remove or restrict content that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or law.

Data processing for thumbnails. By uploading 3D model files (including but not limited to .GLB formats) to CBUILT7, you grant the platform automated permission to temporarily process the file data to generate a 2D visual thumbnail (screenshot) of the model's default front-facing camera view. This thumbnail is generated solely to enhance your dashboard user experience and project organization. CBUILT7 does not claim ownership of your proprietary designs, nor does this automated process expose your private models to the public.

4. Storage, data & liability

The Service relies on third-party infrastructure (including cloud storage). While we implement commercially reasonable measures to protect data, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or permanent retention of any file or metadata.

No liability for lost data. To the maximum extent permitted by law CBUILT7 is not liable for any loss, corruption, deletion, or unavailability of Your Content or other data, including due to outages, maintenance, security incidents, user error, account termination, or force majeure. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of materials you upload.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading malware, attempting unauthorised access, overloading systems, scraping in violation of our policies, or using the Service to distribute unlawful or infringing content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Billing, subscriptions & refunds

Fees. Paid plans, fees, and billing cycles are described at checkout and on our pricing pages. Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly or annual) and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated below.

Payment processing. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. You authorise us and our provider to charge your payment method for applicable fees and taxes.

Refunds. Unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law, payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe you are entitled to a refund or credit (for example a duplicate charge or billing error), contact us within a reasonable time with details; we will review requests in good faith. Trial periods, if offered, are governed by the terms shown at signup.

Changes & cancellation. You may cancel your subscription through the billing tools we provide or via your payment provider. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise. We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice where required.

7. Intellectual property (platform)

The Service, including software, branding, and documentation (excluding Your Content), is owned by CBUILT7 and its licensors. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CBUILT7 and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) one hundred pounds sterling (£100), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify CBUILT7 against claims arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, risk to the Service or others, or as required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, limitations of liability, and indemnities) will survive termination.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where required by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes, unless you are a consumer entitled to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction.
